Armen A. Chilian

​President, CEO and Managing Director

Armen Chilian, former Director of the company from November 1987 until July 2001 was appointed his current role as President and CEO of Metalore in 2017. Since earning a B.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth (1993), Mr. Chilian explored for gold, copper, nickel and zinc throughout North America for several mining exploration companies before advancing the Brookbank property and making several new discoveries as Vice President of Exploration. Mr. Chilian has been a member of the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario since 2004.

Ashley E. Nadon

CFO and Director

Ashley Nadon is a chartered professional accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Toronto, and an MBA in Accounting from McMaster University. Ms. Nadon provides consulting and accounting services to private and public companies in her role as Managing Director of a firm of chartered professional accountants. Ms. Nadon has experience as the CFO of several Reporting Issuers and is currently the CFO of Homeland Nickel Inc.

Timothy J. Cronkwright

Director

Mr. Cronkwright has been a Director of Metalore since 2009. He has created and is currently managing several Simcoe-area businesses involved directly with farming, food service and medical products. Mr. Cronkwright obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario in 1989 and operates a farm in Norfolk Country which produces soya beans, corn, ginseng, apples, and other valuable produce for the betterment of society.

Peter J. Cox

Director

Peter Cox brings a robust engineering background and a track record of innovation. A graduate of Mohawk College and McMaster University in Power & Energy Engineering Technology, he progressed at Titan Trailer becoming a Senior Designer in R&D, where he streamlined processes and enhanced efficiency, positioning the company for success in the U.S. Midwest hopper market. Now a dairy farmer with his wife, Heather Cox, and a consultant for Titan Trailers, Mr. Cox has spent the past five years building his stake in Metalore Resources, drawn by its distinctive balance of natural gas, gold claims, and cash reserves along with its steadfast commitment to protecting shareholder equity. Mr. Cox is committed to advancing the company’s mission.

John C. McVicar

Chairman and Director

Mr. McVicar serves as the Chairman of Metalore Resources Ltd. and has been a Director since 1982. Mr. McVicar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1965, and was a former partner of Meen-McVicar, Insurance Brokers, until 2015 when his company was purchased by BrokerLink, Inc.
